
I try to cook a few dishes that we could eat for several, not necessarily consecutive, days. This afternoon, I repeated the
pan roasted herbed chicken a la mk but this time I used potatoes instead of sayote and used all chicken thighs. I think this is the first time I consulted and followed my own recipe. While it is easy to do, there are several ingredients and specific steps to achieve the appearance and most importantly, the taste of the original dish so I had to read and follow the recipe I wrote here.
